Among the main activities of Sberbank Capital LLC, it should be highlighted such as: asset management, including the development and monitoring of the implementation of business strategies, financial structuring, M&A, quality assurance of management, setting up reporting systems, planning and control; financial consulting activities in the field of debt conversion into assets, debt restructuring, asset purchases/sales, financial structuring; implementation of direct investments, including the creation of new and the purchase of existing businesses in order to further manage them and increase value.
