Pepco Holdings, LLC (formerly Pepco Holdings, Inc.) PHI Service Company, a subsidiary service company of PHI, provides a range of support services, including legal, accounting, treasury, tax, purchasing and information technology services, to PHI and its operating subsidiaries.
