The issuer operates in the segment of high-quality real estate, the main sales markets are Kiev and Donetsk. The company plans to implement construction of housing complexes in Kiev, namely: section "E" (first stage) and sections "A2" and "B2" (second stage) at blvd. Lesi Ukrainka, 7-9 with a total area of ??28.507 thousand sq. m, as well as sections "B" and "C" of a business class residential complex with a total area on the street. Revutsky with a total area of ??72,009 thousand sq. m and a premium-class residential complex Royal Tower with a total area of ??19.984 thousand sq. m. Net income of the company for 9 months of 2010 compared to the same period of the previous year decreased 2.6 times - to 129.731 million UAH. Net loss for 9 months amounted to 1.126 million UAH compared to a profit of 154 thousand UAH for the same period in 2009 year.
